We returned to Battista's Hole in the Wall for the first time in many years. We went for dinner mid-week, but did make a reservation just in case it was busy. We arrived and were seated right away - still love the ambiance of this restsurant right off the strip. All meals include fantastic garlic bread, unlimited wine, appetizer (soup or salad), and cappucino at the end. We had lasagna (fantastic), veal parmigiana, and canneloni. Alot of food - you'll have leftovers to take home - we did ! The strolling accordion player didn't really play anything - he just walked around talking. Comparing this visit with our last one - I think the food has slipped a notch . . . hoping this was just an off night and it hasn't gone downhill ! Still a great spot for Italian food in an authentic location !
