  • This is my first Yelp review I've ever written, but I had to go out of my way to write this to warn anyone planning on using their service against it! When I first discovered this service, I thought it was too good to be true. It's convenient, well priced and exactly what I've been looking for. Unfortunately, what they say about something too good to be true is that it usually is. I booked a cleaning service and literally NO ONE showed up or contacted me. They leave you a phone number to call or text if you need to contact the person assigned to do the work, but the phone number was not in service. Luckily, Handy did process a refund for me. I then required my dishwasher to be repaired and I had a credit to be used, so I thought I would give them another chance to redeem themselves. Well, what do you know, the guy also never showed up! I truly don't believe this is a real company, and I definitely foresee them going out of business very very soon! They are professional time wasters and I've never been so disappointed by a company in my life. DO NOT USE!
