  • This is the worst Bath and Body works store ever and I would never go back!!! The customer service is awful. I went in today to exchange some candles for a different scent and the lady working told me she couldn't help me. I said I just want to get some different scents and she told me that her stock was too low and could not help me. I looked at her and said you don't even know what I'm looking for and I see plenty of candles. She said yeah you're right but I still can't help you. WOW!!!
