  • DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! By far the WORST customer service! I came in and spent over 500 bucks for new tires, At the time it was the manger who helped me out and I asked him if he could leave the best tire I had as my spare tire. He said okay, and sold me tires that come with roadside assistance and warranty. He told me to call a number to register my tires, So I did that same day and canceled my AAA. Before I left I asked him if he left a spare tire for me. He checked and again said yes and gave me my keys. A Couple months pass and I walk out to my car and one of the tires is completely flat. So I thought to myself no big deal I have a spare tire. The tire they left me with was completely shredded!! So I call for roadside assistance from the tire company and they said I needed to call two different numbers in order to register for a warranty and roadside assistance. So not only did they put a completely shredded tire in my trunk and sell me a package half ass and not even tell me all the information needed to cover everything. Thats only half of my ordeal with Tire works!!! I call the store and talk to the manager and thats where I was even more astonished by the way he talked to me. I tell him what had happened and if he could replace my spare tire since they threw out my 4 usable tires I had when I came to get new tires. He responds " I don't have any tires that fit your car at the moment." I said, " Is there any way you could find out if any other location in town does? I don't mind driving across town for it" He says " Im not going to spend the next two hours on the phone looking around for a spare tire for you." WORD FOR WORD. And that was the manger talking, I called back twice in a two week period, asking if he had found or could do anything for me to replace my spare tire. He told me he was doing me a favor by just keeping an eye out at his store to see if any used tires would fit my car... Um nooo! Thats his job especially as a manager. I was beyond disappointed with everything about this location. So I couldn't register my tires for roadside assistance because he never told me I needed to call two difference places... But he sure was fast selling it to me and taking my money for it. And the manager Mike I believe his name is never contacted me again, its been well over 2 months.. I had to buy a new spare tire AND rim from elsewhere because the rim they left me with was deformed.. Save the headache don't come to this location the employees don't know what they are doing, obviously if someone put that tire in my trunk. To top it off manager there is beyond rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
