He sent me the details on the car that I wanted, was patient and informative during test driving, was willing to negotiate an excellent deal very efficiently. Without any exaggeration, I was able to negotiate, get a loan, complete the necessary papers and drove off the lot with my new ES350 in about 2 hours! Unprecedented experience for me, so a few days later I returned back to purchase another a GX460, and experienced the same level of exceptional customer service from Brandon and the rest of their team!
