| - Horrible. Booked two tables for my sister's bachelorette party. They had my reservation under a completely different name and didn't have my second available at all for me, apparently they overbooked the tables, (Eye roll) The manager at the front comped us a free bottle of champagne for the inconvenience, big woo hoo and we went our merry way inside. As soon as we get our waitress, I make sure to mention to her that we get a $50 credit towards appetizers as we booked the bottle service package which includes that. She looked at me like I was crazy, said she had never heard of that before and I actually had to bust out my phone to show her the confirmed email and package deal PDF that the private party manager Joey had sent me. (Another eye roll). I'm still in shock that their own team is not aware of the packages they offer. Get it together people! It's called communication! So we start ordering appetizers and of course they have no lobster rolls which the bachelorette wanted. The waitress Elena told us she could add lobster into the grill cheeses. So we said okay that sounds great! We decided to order double of those since she said she could add lobster. Come to find out, she was wrong. Came back, told us she could not add lobster. It's kind of fuzzy what happened cause so many things went bad, but I believe I asked her to comp the grill cheeses since she told us we would get lobster and we ordered more thinking we would, now we weren't and she told me I had to pay for them anyway when it was her bad and her mistake! At this point I was again annoyed, asked the bachelorette if she wanted the grill cheese and she said yes, so I told her I would just pay for it. In the end, she somehow got them to add lobster... ? So after a tug of war, we got a little lobster. First of all, their appetizer menu is not the greatest. They need more selection, and the choices are dated. DJ was fun, and the girls once with their cocktails and some food ended up having a good time. One of the high rollers came in and bought us a bottle so that also helped. Waitress Elena had a attitude most of the time. I tried my best to be nice to her but there was too many issues with the service. There was another Caucasian waiter who started helping her so I thought things would get better. Nope. He brought me my bill and they hadn't given me my $50 food credit. I asked him to fix the bill and he said he's do it right away. I waited for what must had been an eternity, then I just saw him standing around??? I said.. excuse me did you fix my bill? I've been waiting for you... (another eye roll) I had to use the ladies room, but wanted to settle the bill first. He left again and said he'd get it. Ugh... In the meantime, Rob the front manager sees my frustrated and asks what was wrong. I told him they were lacking in them customer service. He assures me he's listening and will taking my feedback to the owner, whatever! Elena comes back with my bill, sits down next to me apologizes for the inconveniences, says she's sorry about the lobster issue and that they took it off the bill and added my food credit. I tell her thank you. She walks away. I open the bill... it's not my bill! I am not a Brian!!!! I literally yell this time at the Caucasian waiter, asking him to please give me my bill, because it's time for me to go. It was the worst experience ever. I would never recommend booking anything with them. Overpriced of course cause it's on the strip. We had way more fun at Eye Candy at Mandalay Bay and at Downtown Cocktail Room in downtown the night before and service was waayyyy better! Do not waste your time at Fizz.
