  • HORRIBLE customer service. Simply horrible. I haven't even started doing business with them yet! I asked if they could offer a discount on their rental chair covers since I'm considering renting 100 of them and I would consider it a bulk order, and guess what their response was? "Do you ask for discount when you buy bread and milk at a grocery store?" What is that attitude? a normal person would simply say "no", a slightly more professional and polite person would have said "sorry our prices are already at the lowest and we do not offer further discounts". This RUDE PERSON gave me that attitude. Very well. I'm going to make sure no one I know goes to them for business.
