rev:text	This place is an absolute JOKE. I love Aritzia clothing (who doesn't?) but the staff here are absolutely despicable. I have never ever encountered such terrible service in my entire life and would tell everyone I know to avoid this Fairview location. A few months ago, I purchased a parka for my mom for Christmas. I purchased it full price and gave it to her on Christmas day; it didn't fit, so she asked if we could go back to exchange it. When we went a week after Christmas, it was still super busy. The staff were super nice when they thought we were walking in to buy something, and the moment we told them that we wanted to exchange, their commission-eager smiles immediately dissolved into scowls. We were told to wait in a half an hour line. The girl behind the cash not only snapped her fingers at the lady in front of us when the lady asked her a question about how to take care of her new jacket, but also refused to help my mom and I exchange our jacket! She insisted that because the jacket had been discounted since Christmas, we would have to pay the price difference. This made zero sense. I could tell she gave zero cares about her job (like most people at this store, unless they're working on commission). Seriously, this place is trash. Note to Aritzia: Your staff need to be properly trained. Maybe teach them how to be courteous and perhaps even smile. You've had a reputation for horrible customer service for years, since this location opened, and your prices do not match the service that you offer. Gag.
