  • I talked to Dale (the owner I believe) about getting the rear brakes and rotors done on my Xterra, and he walked me through the charges over the phone, and gave me a very detailed quote over the phone (even without having seen the vehicle) Dale was absolutely professional, friendly and educational, as he explained the reasoning behind each of the charges (e.g. the difference between standard metallic brake pads and the new ceramic ones, why rotors are changed instead of just skimmed like they used to be (something about Nickel quantities being too low in modern rotors, causing them to rust and pit) Long story short, the quote he was able to give me over the phone exactly matched the price I ended up paying, and I learned a few things along the way. I'd give this guy six stars if I could. Will be back.
