  • SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE!!! Bill the owner called me as soon as he knew I was disappointed with the outcome of our carpet (quality & cleanliness) and the price charged (after being quoted a fixed price for the job to be done). After owning a business for over 30 years and striving for excellence in workmanship and customer satisfaction, I really appreciate this kind of concern and professionalism! Bill is coming to our home to redo the carpet areas that need attention today and rectify all problems. I am so impressed that a company like Heaven's Best is right here in Las Vegas!
