  • After great service the fist time, this time round wasn't so great. We had an inkling of an idea ourselves the alternator was the problem - which we mentioned to JT, as a new battery was put in yesterday. So with this in mind I would have hoped JT would have included a new alternator into the estimate..... just to give us the worse case Possible.....He did Not. So instead we walk away with a quote for $600! Sounds great right?!??! Well about 1hr later we get a call back with major major problems! This is what we need: 1. New Alternator 2. 4 X New Brake Pads 3. New Belt 4. The coolants leaking and this needs to be fixed.. and more... Major $$$$$$$ LATER!!!! omg And the craziest part of this whole story... we just went in for servicing in January 2017... it is now May 1 2017... Not happy! But what can you do????
