  • I would like to start by saying I have been a customer for more than 18 years. I buy most if not all of my beauty products from this company. However, about 3 weeks ago I received a free gift with purchase on Mother's Day. It was an Ulta brand eye shadow palet. I used it and when I tried to remove it, it took the first few layers of skin off of my eyelids. I am still suffering and being that I am a type 1 diabetic still very worried about my eyes. I have been to the doctor 3 times. The Ulta Beauty company has not been handling this very well at all. They lost my first report and I ha my herd from anyone at the company. I have taken to writing Ms. Mary Dillon and a few other higher ups. I would hope a company this large could follow through when their product severely harms one of their customers. I am sincerely sad and disappointed in this company. Do not use Ulta brand products!
