  • I've had a horrible experience at this store several time! First and foremost, the point of being there in the first place is because I did not want to wait for the shipments! They had very few selections at the physical stores which most are quite pricey. My point is? Extremely expensive it's because their utility, space rent, and employer's pay. I get that. So I knew almost all the affordable products they offer can only be order online, yet the upsell pitch, "I'm sorry we don't carry this product at our store but I can place the order for you and have it ship to your house conveniently". So I replied them back, "I'm here because I want the product NOW otherwise I know how to order it online and I wouldn't be here ". Don't sell pitch that. Please!! Next comes with me scrambling the entire place for a specific product that their website had clearly stated it was in stock. What it means their display items are also part of the '' available now" product. So if you can't wait for it to be ship to your place by placing an order online, this is all you're going to be stuck with at the physical store. I didn't get it of course. But their inaccurate information made me drove there for nothing with an extra miles to their another location beating my luck against the odds. After several days of purchasing their products from their 2nd location, I had to go back to this location for some missing gears I forgot to get since it was closer to me. Their upsell pitches which are not much of a difference than a car salesman. The worst part is I knew it all from the beginning but left me with no option, I just had to walk right into their trap. They said most of the products they carried does not comes with all the parts which was their opportunity to add it onto buying list. I originally was there to get 2 things but walked out with 5 different products in addition to a 2 year warranty I didn't agree to get. I asked for the subtotal first and told them I'll then decide if I wanted to add an extra warranty or not. But that conning sale associate rang it in along with the warranty without telling me that it was included in there. I knew only after I paid. WAT A *******, yeah! My exact thought!! I had to comment here so other people would know when they go to places like these, beware with the associates that you think they're being helpful. If you look at it in another perspective going there with a set budget. These people does you a lot of harms!
