  • Came to celebrate our 10 year Anniversary after hearing so many good things about this place. Truly did not disappoint as we had such an amazing time. Our server's name was Chip and he provided 5 star service, as well as the other helpers. Loved the decor of the restaurant, definitely very modern. I decided to sip on a Pinot Noir and my boyfriend had a Sculpin. Boyfriend order the Tuna tartar for a starter, it was nothing special but it was really good. Then I order the 2lb Lobster. Lobster was brought out and place on a table side service, while someone picked it out the shell for you.The lobster was hands the best thing out of the whole dinner. I had to tell my boyfriend to stop talking to me as I wanted to savor every single piece. For our main entree, I decided on the Bone in Rib eye and he had the 35 aged Rib eye. Difference between the two was, the 35 aged Rib eye was thinner and longer aged and about 6-8 ounces less than the bone in. I could not tell much of a difference regarding taste, but I am also not a big steak person. Our sides consisted of Bone marrow which was amazing!!!! And it makes me very sad that they forgot to box it with the rest of our left overs (sad face). We also had the creamy spinach with fried egg and I was not fond of it and neither was my boyfriend. The texture did not pair well with our meal, it was missing a piece of toast to dip in or some type of crunchy component. We also had the mac and cheese which was good, but again nothing special. Lastly we had the mushrooms and shishito peppers, ugh so good! Wish the portion was bigger but it was my favorite side dish besides the bone marrow. For dessert I had the chocolate souffle with 10 year old chocolate, and my boyfriend had the Baked Alaska. Both desserts were good but mine was better (wink wink). Overall our dinning experience was great and thank you Chip once again for taking real good care of us.
