  • Now this place was a true hidden gem! Secret now discovered!! Hearthstone has been some of the best dining I've had at Red Rock Casino. It's incredibly cool with a rustic theme, the service was awesome - at the bar and the dining room, the drinks were enjoyable, and the food was delicious. Happy Hour starts at 5pm and ends at 7pm, Mon-Sun. Can't beat that!! It was an incredible deal and certainly one that will keep me coming back to the restaurant. The Pinot Noir on the happy hour menu is decently good and pairs well with the chicken wings on the happy hour menu. Finger licking good!! The server suggested the Watermelon salad special: It was decently portioned out and had feta cheese, hazelnuts, avocado, thinly sliced red onion, and arugula. Amazing!! We also ordered their DOC pizza, jalapeño hummus with a side of sesame lavash, and a dozen oysters. For desert, we had the chocolate ice cream that surprisingly came with a warm home made chocolate chip cookie and their chocolate soufflé which was absolutely worth the 20 min wait time. Hearthstone has definitely lived up the hype! I'll be back again!!
