  • FIRST -- As I browse the reviews I can't help but wonder why this place has not done something about the awful, horrible, ridiculously lousy service? The food and coffee are decent and the atmosphere, albeit a bit cluttered, is nice -- good for conversation or for work. But for the love of God, WHAT are you trying to be? A coffee house? A wine bar? Beer connoisseurs? Pick something and be really, really good at it because this place has bits and pieces of being good, but doesn't have it all together. Again, back to service because for me that is just such a huge part of dining out. I simply cannot get over how horrible it was -- probably the worst I've ever had. There is no pinnacle of food greatness that could ever be reached that would make me overlook rude wait staff.
