  • Concerning the meat department. I asked the butcher what grade the meat was , he stated and I quote "Our meat is NOT graded" Look at some of the steaks there is NO marbeling at all and they are tough as shoe leather. Go to Costco for their Prime beef, less costly and well marbled and tender.
