  • I purchased a voucher through Living Social for services, and the merchant is not honoring it. They have been giving me the runaround. When I showed up for an appointment, the person behind the counter told me the technician was not there and their equipment was not working. When I tried to speak with the owner, Stephanie, about the problem, she cut me off, was unbelievably rude and would not help. I am currently trying to get a refund through Living Social, but it's going to take several months. Beware of this place!! Do not pay any money up front!
