  • After being a renter with this property management company I will rate it 4 stars. Office staff was very nice and professional. Paying rent to them was very fast and easy with the online pay. Our deposit was refunded very quickly. Only thing negative I experienced was with the service request. After submitting a request I had to call and ask why I have not heard from anyone. The repair guy they had come out was very messy and did not clean up after the job was completed. Very unprofessional. Besides that everything else was good.
