  • I stayed in the property for 2.5 yrs. Accommodation: Rooms are small, no doubt about it, but its meant for students not family of four so it alright. Ours was 2x2 apt, facing the pool and it was just right for us. Yea you will your neighbors above you walking above your apt, but its US you can hear it anywhere you leave. Love the Garage parking and not worrying walking up stairs to bring your groceries or Bags Only drawback was late night pool party when the noise of kids resonates in the pool area, and mite be a issue. but with kids / students around you know what to expect. Amenities: Free : Internet / Cable ( with HBO) / GYM and some other events. yea nothing is free its all include in the RENT. but its worth it :) Location: You cant go wrong with this place, close to everything. For US airport was the key and it worked awesome. Only problem would during ASU GAME day , Marathon it will take ages to reach the apt. but it happens once in a while Maintenance staff : Best .. they are best. they will do their job promptly and efficiently . They have spoiled us, they raised the standard. Staff: friendly, never had any issue. Reason for not giving it 5 stars: They have to reduce the leasing breakage term fine from $3500, everyone doesn't have rich parents :) Should You Stay : Yes, we liked it because we knew place would be young noisy .. sometimes you need that phase in your life.
