  • SC and I happened upon this while walking between the Phipps conservatory and the Cathedral of learning. It's situated in a large plaza with plenty of lawn and outdoor seating. We ordered the Bruges which is their sugar waffle with strawberries and whip. It was the first time we've had a sugar waffle and we loved it! It provided a nice crunchy texture contrast to the flakiness of the dough and was paired perfectly with fresh fruit and a light whip that wasn't too sweet. A great mid day snack!!
