| - 1st let me say the car-wash and the people that handle that side are great! I have no complaints as far as that goes other than the people who vacuum could pay a little better attention to the sides of the seats. That's were I found the most little things still hiding after the wash and vacuum. I only gave two stars because of the glass guy (Matt or Mike or something like that) he "fixed" a couple of little dings in my nieces window free of charge. He said this saved her approx $100 straight off the bat. She was never told she'd have to buy something or that him doing that came with strings attached. He said he would get a price for replacing the windshield on the other car we brought in. NEVER SAID THAT SHE HAD TO DO THIS OR THAT SHE HAD TO PAY FOR HIM TO FIX THOSE LITTLE CHIPS. He specifically said he'd see what he could do for her price wise on the window replacement and get her a QUOTE! Quotes are normally free of charge and you DO NOT have to take the offer if you don't care for the quoted price. Well, he comes back and tells her he can knock 100 off so it'll be $275 today! My husband and I own a business and often trade services as well as know people in a number of different fields so I politely told him I was going to check around on pricing and that we' let him know if we were interested in his offer. He then hangs his head and literally starts pouting and storms off. Oh, all the while he is saying he's giving 'family/friend' pricing to us and that he is the MANAGER there so he is able to do this. Really, I would never imagine a MANAGER acting like this. Any-who, I then get on the phone with my husband and while I am talking to him about all of this the 'manager Mike or Matt or whatever decides to walk across the room and come stand behind me and make a call (or pretend to at least) my niece hears him saying, "I know son, I'm trying to do right by people and trying to give good deals so that I get money to buy you the things you need." Then says, "Put momma on the phone." and continues with.... "I know, you try to pay it forward and do good things hoping karma will come back for you but this is the thanks I get." So we take from this that he was obviously referring to us and our not immediately jumping on his oh so great offer. He never did come back up to us to see if we wanted to accept his deal but when we went back in to get cash back so that we could give a tip he came in all loud right next to us saying, "Yep, try to do good things for people and this is the thanks I get." He almost knocked the key-chains to the floor making a scene so my niece said, "yeah, when you throw a fit when you don't get your way I guess that's your karma." I then called him out on his selling tactics and asked if pulling that whoa is me, throw a fit attitude really gets him sells. He tried to back peddle but it was way too late for this. Anyway, guess the point of this review is to put it out there so that people know he is a shady character and nothing more than a scheming sales person. (not that all sales people are scheming) Just beware if his GREAT familiy/friend offer and his sissy lala BS.
