  • Yes it is a Lowe's so you know what you get w/ Lowes. The basics are good here. I am writing about the appliance dept. This location is located near uptown and I called to ask about compact washer and dryers. If any location should know about compact appliances for condos/townhomes then this would be the location. I called and they told me they don't know anything about smaller appliances but know they carry them. Said they didn't know what they actually carry and then checked a book. Then came up w/ yeah..I don't know too much about this but didn't offer to research or let me know what they carry. Worthless call. I called a local appliance story and they were super helpful. They admittedly said the 24 inch washers and dryers aren't what they normally sell but they worked with me and researched options and were very helpful. Review will come on that place post delivery of my new appliance. I will go to Lowes for the basics but not a big purchase. They just don't care to research their inventory and explore options.
