  • I had some major damage to my car from running over a rock in the middle of the 101 and damage to my door. Rics put my car back together and sent me txt messages to keep me updated on the progress. When I got my car back it looked better than new, a week later I was back at Rics. I was sent there by a texting teanager who smashed my rear end. Rics again did an outstanding job, coordinating my rental car, keeping me informed as to the progress of the car and even going to bat for me when the other insurance company was trying to nickel and dime the repairs. Great staff and great work I would recommend them to everyone
