  • Last Saturday we had an exceptional dinner here. We made happy hour at 4:20; and in addition to excellent wines we had Tuna Tartare; and, calamari appetizers. For dinner I had their ELK TENDERLOIN STEAK. It was from New Zealand, of all places! It was the best steak Elk or otherwise that I have ever had. It was tasty; and very tender. My wife had the beef Filet steak.. She said it was excellent. Our waitress was Mary Louise who could not have benn more attentive to all my many requests! In my opinion this is THE BEST RESTAURANT NORTH OF CAREFREE HWY! And, by far the best restaurant for steaks, seafood, or anything else in Scottsdale, Carefree, or Cave Creek. sincerely, Ed Altman Jr
