  • Moved in here 4 months back. Things are going well till now. Spacious apartment. Nice pool and spa. Good walking area around the lake. Close to freeway and close to all major shopping areas as well as the Middleburg Heights community center. All amenities except for electricity is an added benefit. Few drawbacks I found was1) The walls and floors are very thin and u can literally overhear ur Neighbour watching movies or walking around. 2) Gym equipments are outdated and rusted. Renovation is long due. Overall I will recommend this apartment.
