My husband and I chose this for our anniversary dinner and were super excited since we love tapas. Maybe our bar is excessively high after living in Seattle and Berkeley, but this place was a huge disappointment. We ordered the Spanish olives, the red potatoes with aioli, the roasted vegetable salad, the tenderloin with fries, and the scallops with saffron. Every dish was terrible. The sauces tasted like they were out of a bottle. The tenderloin with fries did not have fries and was slathered in a tasteless gravy. The aioli did not seem to have any garlic in it. The saffron sauce did not seem to have any saffron. Yuck!!! Even the sangria was LAME. Run away.
One small bright side: the live entertainment (two classical guitarists) was really good.
Stay home and make your own tapas... they are guaranteed to be better.
