| - A chill but professional studio with excellent instructors and staff.
Parking: Near the studio around 1st St. There is often parking in the early AM, but if during the school year, the parking fills up with ASU students.
Staff members: Always friendly.
Classes: I preferred the yoga and barre classes. The barre classes with Carla were different and difficult, but good difficult. Carla also teaches dance elsewhere, so she stays on beat, is friendly, and makes it different each time.
I liked many of the yoga teachers. The yin yoga on Tuesday evenings but nice. I also liked the flow yoga classes with Chelsa.
The instructors do adjustments here, which I prefer.
Cost: The prices are competitive based on other nice studios, and I prefer the local type of studios like this one. The two week pass is nice if a person wishes to check it out first. There are often sales throughout the year. Check out their Instagram or FB posts, since the posts advertise the sales.
Studio: I love the studio. The yoga room is lovely, and light comes in through the windows. The barre studio has windows that face north, and it's light and bright.
