  • I went in today after making an appointment yesterday and Tran did both my SNS nails and my pedicure. I called yesterday and spoke to the girl with the blonde frizzy hair at the front desk. First, she needs better organizational skills. She had me on hold for five minutes, I gave her my name which she promptly forgot then on my way out of the salon she was so incredibly rude. I was trying to find a different credit card because they don't take AMEX and in the process of doing so her sign-in clipboard fell off the counter and she yelled loudly 'jesus christ!!' I'm an atheist so that didn't concern me, but her obnoxious tone did. Tran did a good job on my nails, but I kept having to fix little things. She didn't pay much attention to what I was saying, just a photo that I showed her that was only close to what I wanted. I told her the modification and she just kept doing my nails like the photo. Aggravating. In the end, after several corrections she finally got it so so, but I was tired of being there and going on and on so I just told her to leave it and I got up and left. For my pedicure I was just left sitting for about 10 minutes for no good reason. They do a good job here, but customer service isn't their thing, I guess. I won't be coming back when I visit because there are a lot of good salons in this area. Too bad this couldn't be one of them.
