  • We chose H20 To Go because they met every expectation. From Chris' sales call - he arrived 10 minutes early and patiently waited for me to walk my dogs so they would be quiet during our appointment - to a very thorough presentation regarding water quality and their treatment options. He covered every detail and was incredibly responsive to my questions. Other companies I contacted had to reschedule their appointments with us and when they arrived spent about 5 minutes giving us a quote. I work in sales so I expect a detailed presentation as to why I need anything and Chris met that. We chose the 7-stage refiner with softener, RO and alkaline so not an inexpensive decision but were very comfortable making that decision with this company. The installation was seamless and the installer has worked with the company for 20 years and I have friends who've had their systems with H20 To Go for 12 years, serviced every year by the same person. That in itself speaks volumes for the H20 To Go. We made a great decision and I would recommend them to anyone as the very best in water purification and customer service in Las Vegas.
