  • I was a little skeptical about going to this place at first. I couldn't find much info about them on the internet, the place is not very fancy, and I have been burned by a few mechanics. Being that my mom did her job and taught me not to judge a book by it's cover, I decided to give it a try because they specialize in Hondas and it is close to my house. I will start off by saying that Adam the manager at the Park Rd location is a Solid dude. He knows what he is talking about and seems to have a passion for Autos. I first called in to talk to them about my situation. I had a whining noise coming from my transmission and he said it is probably the input shaft bearing in my transmission(I explained it in much more detail than that though). I dropped it off at open of business on a Thursday and he gave me a scenario if the problem were to be what we discussed. He said he take a look at it and get back to me by lunch time. About 11:30 and he called me to tell me that he is 99% the problem is what was discussed earlier. The parts took about a day to order and the car should be done by Saturday. I had him proceed with the order said I would call the next day to see if everything came in. Asiaworks only uses genuine Honda parts. This is very good. When I called the following day he had the parts and the transmission was already taken apart. I asked if everything else looked OK. He said my motor mount was pretty worn out but would not be necessary to replace but he would only charge me for the part. I gave him the go ahead. My car was ready at 10:30 on Saturday. When I picked it up he told me about a few extra little things that he did on my car. I was going to ask to see the old parts but I felt confident about the work. He then offered to show me the parts he replaced. I really feel like Adam went above and beyond to provide great service! As long as I live in Charlotte this is the only place I will take my Honda to. An extra note. I took my car to a popular brand new auto shop a couple miles away who's name starts with a W for an oil change. This other shop was all around expensive and they tried to sell me new shocks and struts for $1700!!! I asked Adam about it and he informed me it was not necessary to perform this work on my car yet.
