rev:text	My experience wasn't a bad one. I knew what I wanted to get before going in so I didn't need help trying to find something which was good because no one offered any help. The person up front who greeted me was nice and gave me a quick run down of the store before moving on the next people who walked in. When I got to the office area and needed to speak to someone I had to walk all over to find someone. The few people I did find made themselves look busy and unavailable until finally I just out right asked someone if I could buy this chair. Once I said that he was VERY helpful. My favorite part of this whole place was pick up. The woman who helped me on the day I picked up my chair was beyond helpful and nice. I would go back just for her. I wish I could remember her name!! I love the chair I bought and I probably will go back for some other pieces. As I was looking around some of their furniture is priced well while others are a bit ridiculous. Just do your research before spending a few thousand dollars on some furniture that you can easily get for less.
