Came in for restaurant week because I have wanted to try del Frisco's for a while. Booked a reservation and upon entering I was greeted by two hostesses and seated right after. The server we had gave our table tons of attention, and we ended up striking up friendly conversation about living in Las Vegas. Two different managers checked on our tables insuring the most excellent experience. Food was off the charts in quality: the lobster bisque was the best I have had along with the 45 day aged ribeye. Dessert was also amazing I could not stop eating the mousse, excellent recommendation by the server. Overall I had an A+++++ experience the staff really outdid themselves from the valet, the hostesses, the managers, servers, bussers, and of coarse the chefs who delivered a perfectly prepared meal!
