  • Hello- my name is Alexandra griffin. I have an old post on here that I can no longer edit because I don't have access to the account. Anywho, I just wanted to update you guys and let you know that 20 volume IS completely helping me out by fixing up my hair again. I had To wait a few months for my hair to get healthy again, but Right after I had had the bad experience before they were willing to have me come in and completely fix my hair cost free! I didn't take that opportunity because I had some personal situations at home going on but even though, they are still willing to help me out months later for 50% off ! Which is totally awesome of them I think I may have just gotten someone who was newish to hair and being that I wanted to go plat blonde and my hair is long things got a little mixed up. I'm on my way over now to get my hair fixed ! So happy they're willing to help and I'm sure knowing that I'm super sensitive about my hair they're going to do an amazing job I'll update with pics afterwards! Btw I'm going in to get the same thing basically..my hair was in the same condition last time, I needed my roots done very badly and a little bit of switch in color. UPDATE: I love my fricken hair my stylists did an AMAZING job and I'll def be referring friends to the two stylists that did my hair in particular ! That day the entire place seemed full of confident stylist and happy customers so anyone looking to get their hair done in Gilbert this is THE spot. I'll post pics tomorrow I got out late and want some good lighting for pics. And I know 20 vol. checks in on yelp reviews daily- id just like to add in that my aunt paid for this as a bday gift and I'm not 100% sure how much she paid in tip without knowing the full situation- so plz just notify my stylists that I'll be dropping in sometime this weekend to drop off another tip to the two girls that did my hair since I appreciated their work so much and they were also super awesome I felt completely comfortable in their care which is really rare for me when I go to get my hair done.
