  • Two words describe Pep Boys North Huntingdon. Expensive and unqualified. I paid over $400.00 for front brakes and everytime I stop the whole front end shakes. I took it back and they said I needed another 150 dollars of work done to the car. I took it to another repair shop and they said the rotors installed were junk and thats what was causing the problem. I then replaced the rotors for the second time and the problem was solved. I would have to believe that I would have spent another 150. at Pep Boys and it still would of shaked. I took the rotors back and the manager said what do you want me to do? I wanted a refund for the rotors. I unfortunately did not get any money back. Lesson learned that day. Keep driving when you see Pep Boys
