  • Came back a year later to have my mom switch her Samsung Galaxy Mini S3 to my old Apple iPhone 4S. I was lucky to have Marcus again. He is so friendly. It was a pleasure to see him and for him to help us. He answered all of my mom's questions with great patience. He helped me figure out why i was having trouble logging in my myAT&T account. Even on a busy Saturday afternoon, he took his time, never making us feel rushed. His customer service skills are above and beyond the standard. I look forward to the next time I go to the store. I know that Marcus will be there with a smile.
