  • I have been seeing Dr. Ng for about a month now and I have never been happier with a health service so much as this one. Extremely organized- time management is one value that this office takes very seriously. I am always taken in promptly at my designated appointment time. The office manager, Amy, is very welcoming and sweet and always ensures patients are taken care of. I found this clinic on the Opencare website- as Dr. Ng had the highest rating in my area. I came to him with upper back/shoulder pain (which had been a constant in my life for over a year) and I had been doing physio rehabilitation for about 6 months with noticing very little success. I came to Dr. Ng to see if chiropractic care was the right approach. I had the initial consultation and Dr. Ng did an amazing job explaining to me what chiropractic treatment entails and and how the spinal functions and treatment interconnect with the body. My body started responding well to the adjustments immediately and my pain subsided exponentially. Dr. Ng's practice is nothing short of amazing - he ensures I am always comfortable and explains everything in depth to ensure I understand what is going on, you can tell he's passionate in his line of work . I hope others can enjoy the same benefits I have with Dr. Ng's practice.
