  • Delano Hotel (formerly known as THEhotel) is an all suite hotel, from the MGM family. The strength of this property is definitely the most amazing views of the strip, and quirky understated luxury with minimalist decor. Though Delano guests have access to all Mandalay Bay amenities, the property itself has a number of places to eat and drink, a convenience store, an spa & fitness club, Franklin Bar & lounge, Della's Kitchen restaurant open 6:00am to 2:00pm only, rebranded Skyfall Lounge (The Mix) with 180 degree views of the city, and Rivea a world class French restaurant by renown chef Alain Ducasse. The experience at Delano will vary from guest to guest, or shall I say, from room to room, mostly because it's an old but recently remodeled hotel, the most common problems you might encounter are issues with noise, WIFI, Cellphone Signal, and Plumbing. I have been a guest at Delano since reopened in 2014, and at THEhotel, for over 7 years, and have been very satisfied with Delano (THEhotel) every single time, this hotel is geared towards business travelers, adjacent to Mandalay Bay, Rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious, ergonomically designed, and modern. Some rooms have issues with WIFI & Cellphone signal, though I seldom had problems with either, nothing your guest services host can't fix. Most rooms have great views, housekeeping has always been extremely efficient, all LV hotel have a policy of changing sheets by request only to conserve water. All 5 star standard amenities apply, tv in the bathroom, extra large tub, enclosed shower, marble everywhere, tv in the bedroom, safe, and the living room, plush sofa, wet bar, and desk with all your e-connections you'll ever need. lastly, there is a VIP guest lounge for M Life VIP members only of course, they'll gladly check you in, and cater to all your needs. I highly recommend using the VIP services if you are a member.
