  • Went here to renew my vehicle registration because it's the closest registrars to my work. They had 5 people working, however 2 staff sat at their window not taking customers, even though there was a very long line of people. Granted it looked like they were working (completing paperwork)...but it's a little disheartening when there's 10 people waiting in line waiting for service. When it was finally my turn, the person helping me was friendly and knowledgable, so I was thankful for that. FYI, they charge you a $0.50 fee for using your debit card and 2.99% if you use your credit card. Would rate higher if all staff were utilized to help customers.
