This place is located in the historic Latta Arcade in Uptown. One of the few historic areas the developers didn't bulldoze down in Charlotte.
The Belfast Mill is small Irish pub. Maybe two tables outside of the bar to sit at. Not a place to take a large group of coworkers.
Love the historic building and the ambience of this place. I have seen the word "authentic" used in other reviews and I would agree.
The menu is classic pub food. Burgers, sandwiches, fish and chips, etc. The food is cooked across the alley at another business. Its okay. Nothing memorable. Of course we were there for the beer so I'm not going to ding them on the food.
