  • I just can't say enough about the techs working at this company. Their kindness and understanding is beyond words. Both visits I had the pleasure of having CharIotte as our vet tech. She's amazing and even remembered me on 2nd time I went in. I 1st visited this place for my little old kitty who past away at the age of 23. She was going quickly and they were so supportive during a very hard time. Charlotte even walked me out to my car carrying my little kitty so I could take her home. I felt like I was not alone while saying goodbye to my sweetheart who I had all of her life and most of mine. The 2nd time I visited here was for my friends dog that we were watching while he was away on vacation. His older dog was unfortunately attacked by his little brother and his ear was badly bitten. I called at least 5 places before them, nobody had time to see us which I understand since it was the day after Thanksgiving but They welcomed us with open arms. They did everything they could before we all realized that the best decision was to take him to a emergency vet. Not only did they do their very best to help in a extremely stressful situation, Charlotte called us the next day to see how our friends sweet little dog was doing. It's that kind of warm kindness that makes people feel cared about. My husband and I have already decided that they have our business and will be taking our dogs there knowing that they will get the very best care.
