  • Although the food is good here the service is absolutely horrible! Standing at the door and waiting to be seated and NO ONE acknowledges at all. A simple hello would suffice. One waitress just walks by and rolls her eyes and the other looks up from the register and goes back to what he's doing. I feel the Ballantyne location is sub-par to their other location. I definitely won't be dining any time soon. Rather do take-out from now on!!
