  • CJ and Dave (manager) were fantastic. My wife and I needed to switch around a few phones between two plans and they made sure to exhaust all options to help us. In fact, originally they said we had to call Monday to Verizon because it was a business phone account to get things switched, but ran after us outside when they figured out a solution that would work right then. Thank you both, we really appreciate your hard work and creativity.
