  • The new management at La Privada is not taking care of the property. There have been no lights on my building for months and they just can't seem to fix the problem. The gates have not worked for months and they just can't seem to fix the problem. In the meantime, the cost of water, sewer and trash has more than tripled in the past months and there is no accountability as to why the fees have sky rocketed. This is just a shame because it used to be so pleasant living in this community. I would never recommend La Privada to anyone because they keep changing the fees and they do not take care of the maintenance of the community.
