  • I moved in almost a year ago when it was still Alta. Worst decision I made. The quality of what looks very modern and trendy is awful. Everything is always breaking or doesn't look right. You can hear your neighbors every move. It's a pet friendly community with nothing to accommodate pets. The second building has zero grass outside of it and barely anywhere to even walk an animal to use the restroom. The most frustrating part is there is NO parking for the residents so plan on parking outside the gates and walking. Obviously having guests over is near impossible when they can't find parking and you have to all the walk downstairs to let anyone in without a fob! I hate to be so negative but for $1700 a month I would love to be able to park after a long day, have my guests over easily and have a place for my fur baby to enjoy! I will be leaving here as soon as I can and I would not recommend this community to anyone.
