  • Went there for the first time about a month ago- got the gluten free pasta with salmon,loved it! No complaints at all- it was the best gluten free pasta i have ever had and the atmosphere and employees are all very energetic. I went back for the second time, I again ordered the gluten free penne pasta to-go. when one of the employees placed the bowl with pasta on the counter I thought the noodles looked a little broken but didn't say anything. When I got home to eat it, the noodles were mush. I called them and they were very apologetic, very patient with my uncalled for rudeness, and replaced all the food without hesitation. The next bowl of pasta was fantastic! They definitely handled the situation better than any other restaurant to which I have complained. I usually do not go back to places once I have an unpleasant experience- but they beyond turned the bad situation into an exceptionally positive one. They have retained my business. I will definitely go back and would recommend to anyone- especially those with gluten allergies!
