  • We got scammed, too! I use Yelp a lot when researching companies to hire, but this time I didn't. HUGE mistake!!! Same story as the others. Same song & dance. Price quoted over the phone was $73 for a bedroom, hallway & stairs. When the guy got there, he quoted my husband over $400! He got them down to $270. I called the office & the lady said "Yeah, you have a pet stain, soooooooo...". And, she was even rude about it! Couldn't believe it! The corner with the pet stain still stunk, so my husband called & they came back & did it again the same day he called. BUT, that corner still stinks!!! It's STILL not clean! And to top it off, I saw on Channel 8 this morning that Michelle Mortensen helped a viewer that had the SAME problem with the SAME company!!! I should've listened to my gut feeling & told them to get out of my house. These people should be put out of business!
