Don't be fooled by the cheap prices because you get what you pay for. The same equipment that was broken when I enrolled was still broken 3 months later. This gym is always over crowded which I understand because of the low prices but it does make for a long line for equipment. My hour workouts take over two now.
I told management of the problems and that I wanted to cancel and they just referred me to their cancellation number completely blowing off the real problems. I called the cancellation number to find out that it was a third party and they would charge me a cancellation fee. I asked them to wave it because of the poor service and they told me to address it with EOS. I talked to EOS and they said there's nothing they can do and to ask the third party cancellation group. They're both a bunch of circle-jerkers and don't care about anything but the money.
