  • Great customer service, but okay food. They have a lot of different options for food and can be over bearing with that many options. The sushi was good but a highly priced. They are a fusion restaurant but with all the different choice only a few were fusion. I got a burger and it was good however it didn't rest and all the juice from the burger went all over my plate so I couldn't even put it back on the plate otherwise the bun would have been soggy. Luckily I had a side plate for the sushi. The manager came over to check how everything was. We told him we had just moved to the area. He was nice, chatted with us for while and even offered us a welcome to Charlotte shake. We didn't take him up on the offer as we were too full. It was a very nice gesture however.
