JoEllen has been great, but she needs to address this with her company. Called for roadside assistance tow at 5 p.m. - they have some 3rd party company that handles this. Was told Charity towing would be there in two hours, sent a number for them by text. Needed to make sure they sent a flatbed, so called Charity. Number was for their voice mail system and useless for a consumer. Looked them up on-line, same worthless number on their website. Apparently they only work for other companies and not end-consumers. Two hours passed and called State Farm's agent - was told that Charity said they showed up, could not find me, called and got no answer. All lies, and nobody from state farm bothered to call me to check - would have sat there indefinitely had I not called! Was with the car the whole time and nobody called. Don't know if it was Charity or the agent company that was lying - makes no real difference to me. Told them that dealership closed at 8 and if the car didn't get picked up in the next 30 minutes they would be closed for the night and there was no point. Was told they would call several companies and get someone there. 20 minutes later I get a text that says Charity is coming at 9:45 p.m. WTF!? Called back and told them that was a waste of time and no way they were sending Charity. They apologized and said they needed a 30 minute window, so set it up for 7:30-8:00 am this morning. 7:00 this morning I have no call or text about a tow so I called these losers back. Of course, they didn't set up a tow and told me the earliest they could get someone there was 9 a.m. Had to call and arrange my own tow. Utterly worthless service. Zero stars. If you need a tow, call for your own and send State Farm the bill!
